Drumbrae - Gymnastics Development Holiday Coaching
Gymnastics DEVELOPMENT is suitable for experienced gymnasts looking to develop further the fundamental skills on vault, beam, bars and floor. These 2-hour sessions offer the opportunity for gymnasts to develop their basics and progress onto more challenging skills also beginning to understand the need for good body tension and spacial awareness to improve performance. For those in our current coaching programme this is suitable for gymnasts in Stage 2 and above.

Drumbrae - Gymnastics FUN-Damentals Holiday Coaching
Gymnastics FUN-DAMENTALS is the ideal place for those new to, or with a little experience in, gymnastics. Suitable for P1 and up, the 2-hour sessions are loads of FUN and allow gymnasts the opportunity to learn and practice the basic gymnastics skills on vault, beam, bars and floor. For those in our current programme this is suitable for gymnasts in Stage 1.
